During your consult, we provide education and hands-on guidance, including a weighted feed to assess milk transfer and ensure your baby is feeding effectively. We help troubleshoot common challenges such as positioning and latching difficulties, engorgement, low or oversupply, inflammation and clogged milk ducts, and sore or painful nipples.

Support includes pumping and hand expression education, flange sizing for comfort and efficiency, and assistance in developing a feeding plan.

This 30 minute virtual visit is designed for education, troubleshooting, and reassurance, such as feeding frequency, milk supply questions, pumping schedules, etc.

This visit does not include latch observations/assessments, or hands-on guidance and is best for concerns that can be addressed through discussion only.

We can help you navigate food sensitivities and allergies in your breastfed baby, reduce your risk of mastitis and inflammation with evidence-based probiotic and dietary guidance, support and optimize milk supply with nutrient-dense foods, and get personalized support tailored to your feeding goals and unique needs.

This is a private, one-on-one session that is completely customized to you, your body, and your feeding goals, so you can head into birth feeling calmer, more confident, and less overwhelmed.

We will cover what to expect in the first few days after birth, tips on proper latch and positioning, common barriers you may experience, plans you can put in place prior to delivery to help you achieve your goals, using/ordering a breast pump and how to measure yourself for the proper flange size.

This session is meant to give you peace of mind, practical tools, and a sense of control as you prepare for your baby.
