All breastfeeding consultations come with one week of secure follow-up text support, along with a detailed care plan and visit summary, ensuring you have the resources and guidance needed to successfully meet your breastfeeding goals.
A detailed Superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Breastfeeding Consultation
We can help with general breastfeeding support and education, conduct a weighted feed, and help manage issues such as; positioning and latching difficulties, engorgement, low supply & over supply, inflammation and clogged milk ducts, sore or painful nipples, pumping & hand expression, etc.

Breastfeeding Nutrition Consultation
A parent-only session focused on helping you feel nourished, energized, and supported while feeding your baby.
We can help you navigate food sensitivities and allergies in your breastfed baby, reduce your risk of mastitis and inflammation with evidence-based probiotic and dietary guidance, support and optimize milk supply with nutrient-dense foods, and get personalized support tailored to your feeding goals and unique needs.

We will cover what to expect in the first few days after birth, tips on proper latch and positioning, common barriers you may experience, plans you can put in place prior to delivery to help you achieve your goals, using a breast pump and how to measure yourself for the proper flange size.
