How it works:
Click Verify Your Insurance Benefits below.
Complete TLN's secure online form (it only takes a few minutes).
TLN will verify your insurance benefits, typically within 24–72 hours.
Once you're approved, we will both get notified and we will reach out to you to schedule your consultation using your insurance benefits.

If you prefer not to use insurance, your plan isn't eligible through The Lactation Network, or you'd simply like to schedule right away, you're welcome to book a self-pay consultation.
After your visit, you'll receive a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
