How it works:

Complete TLN's secure online form (it only takes a few minutes).
TLN will verify your insurance benefits, typically within 24–72 hours.
Once you're approved, we will both get notified and we will reach out to you to schedule your consultation using your insurance benefits.

If you prefer not to use insurance, your plan isn't eligible through The Lactation Network, or you'd simply like to schedule right away, you're welcome to book a self-pay consultation.
After your visit, you'll receive a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna and proudly partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) to help eligible families access insurance-covered prenatal and postpartum lactation consultations, offered virtually or at The Nesting Place in Farmingdale.

Self-Pay Options
Not using insurance? No problem. You can book a self-pay consultation if you prefer to pay out of pocket, your insurance isn't eligible through The Lactation Network, or you'd like to schedule your appointment right away.

During your consultation, you'll receive hands-on guidance, education, and a weighted feed to assess milk transfer and ensure your baby is feeding effectively. We also help address common breastfeeding challenges, including latch and positioning, milk supply concerns, engorgement, clogged ducts, nipple pain, pumping, flange sizing, and developing a personalized feeding plan.

A personalized, one-on-one prenatal breastfeeding consultation designed to help you feel prepared and confident before your baby's arrival. We'll cover what to expect in the early postpartum period, breastfeeding basics, pumping, flange sizing, and practical strategies to help you meet your feeding goals.
